- Description: Assists pregnant women/teens, and mothers of children under the age of two, who are feeling anxious and/or depressed. Helps one find treatment by working with their doctor. Links to resources in the community that can help meet family needs. Participants in the program meet with a public health nurse. Identifies needs and provides information about treatment and resources. One may qualify for up to 16 counseling sessions free of charge.
